JOB ROLE
As an HR Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, managing the employee lifecycle, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. You will also assist in performance management, payroll administration, and compliance while identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance employee engagement.

ABOUT YOU
You will thrive in this role if you have:
1. CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
2. Experience within Biotech or Pharma.
3. A strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
4. Experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
