Production Shift Manager

Monday – Friday, 2pm-10pm.
This is a shift that needs someone to come in, take ownership, and bring a bit of direction.
You'll be leading the 2–10 operation across 3 production lines, with a team of around 40 off-season, rising to 75 at peak. The structure is in place and the agency is well managed, so the focus here is on building consistency, supporting the Team Leaders, and getting stronger performance across the shift.
The business itself is in a good place - up 10% year-on-year, financially stable, and investing in automation over the next 12 months. There's a clear opportunity here to establish yourself as a key part of the team and grow into the number two and eventual successor for the Factory Manager.
You'll be responsible for standards across H&S and Food Safety, while also improving line efficiency, reducing labour and material costs, and dealing with performance where needed. You'll report directly into the Factory Manager, with no layers and no customer-facing element - this is a hands-on operational role.
