Person Specification
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 and 4 in related subjects
* Nursery nurse or similar qualifications
* Diploma in health/social subjects
Experience
* Significant experience in similar roles demonstrating commitment to training and engagement.
* Experience in health, social care, or childcare settings.
* Experience communicating complex or sensitive information, including with non-verbal clients.
* Knowledge of Information Governance, Data Protection, safeguarding, and working in acute and community settings, including mental health.
