Warehouse Operative
Rotational shifts.
Location : Barton Under Needwood
Pay Rate : £12.21 per hour - £14.95 per hour for hours worked after 8pm.
Shift Pattern : Weekly rotational shifts - Monday to Friday.
6am-2pm
2pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities:
Order Picking & Packing : Accurately picking customer orders and preparing for dispatch.
Material Handling Equipment (MHE) : Use of warehouse machinery
training may be provided if required.
Stock Movement & Inventory Control : Ensuring accurate movement of stock across departments.
Customer Service : Communicating effectively with internal teams and external customers.
Data Entry : Basic use of Microsoft Office and internal systems including Matrix software.
Team Collaboration : Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet KPIs.
What Were Looking For:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and physically fit for warehouse duties
Basic IT skills
confident using Microsoft Office
MHE or FLT experience (desirable but not essential)
Flexible to work days or nights
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) or willing to obtain one
Able to provide a 5-year work history (essential for compliance)
