Reception Welcome visitors and handle telephone calls in a professional manner. Make and manage appointments using SystmOne, ensuring patient needs are prioritised appropriately. Complete all front desk tasks accurately and in a timely fashion. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Tasks Follow practice protocols for logging and running patient requests. Data Entry (with training) Follow up and investigate items requiring further action. Direct clinical data to relevant teams with clear guidance on expected outcomes. Ad Hoc Duties Undertake any additional tasks reasonably requested by the Partners or Management Team.Communication The post-holder will: Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and colleagues.
