Administrator Location: Newport – Hybrid working available once fully trained Pay: £13.58 per hour Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm Assignment length: Temporary assignment, 10 week assignment We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and fast paced team based in Newport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and is confident managing multiple tasks at once. This is not a straightforward administration role, as the successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of duties including administration support, document preparation, data analysis, supplier communication, and handling incoming calls and emails. Key responsibilities include: Providing general administrative support to the team. Preparing and managing documents and spreadsheets. High volumes of Excel work and data entry. Analysing and handling data accurately. Speaking with suppliers and business users over the phone. Handling incoming calls and email confirmations. Supporting with a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will: Be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
