Maintenance Engineer - Chichester - £36k - £42k doe Attitude matters as much as skill. I'm looking for a Maintenance Engineer who doesn't just fix problems, but prevents them. The Role- You'll play a vital role in supporting the Engineering team, ensuring all systems, glasshouse facilities, and associated equipment operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption. Working closely with other departments, you'll help reduce breakdowns, improve processes, and contribute to the long-term performance of our sites.
