You’ll work closely with senior leadership, pre-construction teams, and site management to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full lifecycle of a new-build scheme, circa £10m Lead design coordination, procurement planning, and programme development Manage site delivery teams and ensure compliance with all H&S standards Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders Drive commercial performance and ensure accurate reporting throughout Support wider company growth through positive client engagement Mentor and guide junior team members to develop capability within the business.
