GSL Education are recruiting for a Primary School Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Harlow. This role offers the chance to inspire and engage pupils while working in a collaborative team environment.
As a Primary School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' academic and personal development. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to create and implement engaging lessons tailored to each student’s needs. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the primary curriculum.
* Support students’ academic progress and well-being.
* Provide one-on-one and small group instruction tailored to students’ needs.
* Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
* Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to each student’s education and well-being.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported.
* Use a variety of teaching methods to engage and motivate students.
* Keep detailed records of each student’s progress and communicate this information to parents, support staff, and other relevant parties.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with all members of the school community.
* Deep commitment to helping students develop their academic skills, exhibiting patience and empathy.
* Relevant qualifications or training in education (desirable but not essential).
To work with GSL Education as a Primary School Teacher, you will need:
* The right to work in the UK.
* An up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
* An enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
