The Successful Marketing Manager Will Be: * Experienced in creating and delivering successful digital campaigns across various platforms including websites, email marketing, social media, and blogs. * Confident in producing compelling B2C and B2B content that supports overall brand and sales strategies. * A natural communicator who can engage confidently at all levels and work collaboratively across departments. * Understanding of charity organisations would be advantageous The Marketing Manager Will Be Offered: * The chance to join a respected and growing business that makes a difference to many! * A supportive and open working culture * 25 Days annual leave Bank hols * Free on-site parking * Flexible working hours * The opportunity to take ownership of marketing direction and strategy Marketing Manager – Key Responsibilities Will Include: * Developing and implementing creative marketing campaigns and brand messaging * Working closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals * Delivering engaging content and campaigns across all key marketing channels including web, email, direct marketing, events, and social media * Working closely with PR manager and aligning key messages * Using market insights and analytics to continuously optimise campaign performance and impact * Leading the strategic planning and execution of annual events and targeted marketing initiatives * Building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to maximise collaboration and results * Tracking performance and reporting regularly to Sales and Management teams with insights and recommendations This role would suit someone who is proactive, forward-thinking, and keen to make a real impact. You will be given the autonomy to shape marketing strategies and see your ideas brought to life. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm (35-hour working week, flexible working available between 8am – 6pm) Salary: £42,700 per annum with potential to rise to £44k within 12 months.
