Job Description
Responsibilities for the Director of Operations include:
1. Provide strategic oversight for warehouse, purchasing, and logistics operations.
2. Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
3. Establish and monitor KPIs for cost control, delivery performance, and inventory accuracy.
4. Optimize warehouse workflows and purchasing processes for efficiency.
5. Build and maintain supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
6. Implement process improvements and leverage ERP systems for data-driven decisions.
7. Lead and mentor managers and supervisors to foster a high-performing team.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Director of Operations should have:
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
9. 10+ years of experience in distribution or industrial operations, with 5+ years in leadership.
10. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and operational KPIs.
11. Proven ability to lead change and improve efficiency in fast-paced environments.
12. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
