We are working with a fantastic membership body who are looking for a Senior Membership Manager to start on a contract in August 2025.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
* Enhance and communicate effectively membership propositions.
* Attend key meetings across the directorates to understand industry trends more closely, insights and gain feedback.
* Help increase membership revenue targets passing on sales opportunities to the commercial and events team.
* Regularly networking at key events and conferences representing the organisation in a positive light and helping grow the membership base.
* Leading on strategic membership initiatives and inputting into the strategy including the key account management programme.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
* Strong track record in account management and membership management
* Experience of membership retention and recruitment strategies
* A proven sales, business development or membership background would be ideal
* Any financial membership experience or similar would be desirable
* Experience working in a membership/trade association environment and commercial backgrounds.
