About the Home: Our care home supports up to 42 residents and offers: Residential, nursing, and dementia care (mild to moderate stages) Palliative/End-of-life support Day care and respite stays Specialist care for stroke, Parkinson's, COPD, and convalescent recovery We take pride in delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment. About the Role: As the Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for the clinical and operational running of the service. You will lead a team of nurses and carers, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and promote a positive, open culture focused on dignity, choice, and quality of life.
