A welcoming and supportive primary school in Ealing is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, capable HLTA who is passionate about inclusive education and skilled in classroom cover.
About the Role:
* Full-time HLTA position
* Providing class cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 when required
* Delivering small group interventions and supporting pupils with additional needs
* Planning and adapting differentiated activities to meet the needs of SEND pupils
* Working closely with class teachers and the SENDCO to ensure high-quality provision
* Supporting pupil wellbeing and promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold HLTA status or be an experienced, confident Teaching Assistant with experience covering full classes
* Have recent experience working across the primary age range
* Be experienced in supporting children with SEND and differentiating activities accordingly
* Be proactive, adaptable, and committed to high standards of teaching and learning
* Be a positive, enthusiastic presence in the classroom
