Job Description
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team at Benugo Bar & Kitchen at Warwick Arts Centre -immediate start!
Contract: 45 hours/Permanent
Morning shifts start at 10am and evening shifts end
About the Sous Chef role:
* Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
* Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
* To be able to work well under pressure to a high standard. During events at the Arts Centre, we are a very busy establishment
* To ably assist & deputise for the Head Chef in his absence
* Good understanding of allergens and risk of cross contamination
* Good adherence to recipe cards
* The ability to work well as part of a team and to organise&motivate in Head Chef's absence
Next term dates are:
Autumn term -19 September 2024 to 7 December 2024
Spring term - 6 January 2025 to 15 March 2025
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
