The Role
* Deliver high-quality teaching across KS3 & KS4 in line with school expectations
* Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that support pupil progress
* Take responsibility for long-term classroom teaching roles within secondary schools
* Manage behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners and school settings
* Work collaboratively with departments to ensure continuity of learning
* Contribute to assessment, marking, and tracking pupil progress where required
* Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and wider school communities
* Demonstrate commitment to continuous professional development and improvement

What We're Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS essential)
