Your Role as Sous Chef
Youll be a key part of our 6:person brigade. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the kitchen and keeping our food standards high. Working with seasonal British ingredients and our nose:to:tail cooking style. Helping with weekly butchery, daily caught fish, and all menu prep. Ordering, stock control, and leading the team alongside the Head Chef.
