Responsibilities Lead and conduct complex investigations related to regulatory compliance. Enforce laws and regulations by initiating appropriate actions against violators. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders on joint enforcement efforts. Prepare comprehensive reports detailing investigation findings and recommendations for action. Mentor and supervise junior enforcement officers, providing training and support as needed. Develop and implement enforcement policies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Engage with the community to promote awareness of laws and regulations, fostering a culture of compliance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in law enforcement or regulatory enforcement roles. Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and enforcement techniques. Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex situations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and community engagement. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and educate team members under your supervision. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple investigations and priorities.
