About this role
You’ll work closely with the Food & B everage Manager and wider team to oversee the day‑to‑day running of the bars, from planning through to delivery, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.
Full training will be provided across all aspects of the role, along with ongoing support from a dedicated management team.
What we’re looking for
* The ability to look ahead at upcoming bookings and ensure the stockholding levels and team can cater for demand
* Overseeing monthly stocktakes and managing all bar related equipment requirements
* Monitoring cleanliness standards in line with company policy
* Managing bar till systems to ensure they are accurate and up to date
* Deputising for Food & B everage Head of Departments in their absence
* Enthusiasm for getting stuck in and supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service
* The ability to upsell and motivate team members into doing this
* Excellent communication to all customers, team members and departments
* The ability to delegate tasks and supervise team members, as well as deliver relevant training
* The ability to complete tasks efficiently and to given deadlines
* The confidence to oversee the running of the venue as Duty Manager
