Ready to join us?#LI-EJ1 #LI-HybridThis is the jobThis role sits at the heart of managing and governing the AA’s regulated roadside products, ensuring they consistently meet FCA and Consumer Duty requirements while delivering clear value and understanding for customers. You’ll play an important part in supporting informed product decisions by producing high-quality data, documentation and insight, helping to shape how our products perform and evolve.Working closely with Senior Product Managers and Heads of Product, you’ll help maintain key product artefacts, support regular product reviews and oversee governance processes. From evidencing fair value and strong customer outcomes to updating terms and conditions, reviewing marketing materials and presenting insights to stakeholders, you’ll be central to ensuring our products remain compliant, competitive and customer-focused.What will I be doing?Ensuring products meet all regulatory requirements, continuously reviewing performance and identifying opportunities for improvementMaintaining and managing product artefacts and governance documentation, including product registers and terms and conditionsPreparing and coordinating governance packs and reporting for key forums, ensuring accuracy and completenessSupporting fair value assessments and product reviews through gathering, validating and presenting key data and insightsProviding high-quality analysis and documentation to support product strategy and regulatory decision-makingTracking and managing governance actions, maintaining clear oversight of deadlines, dependencies and outcomesSupporting the delivery of annual product reviews, including scheduling, evidence collation and outcome documentationMaintaining and updating product terms and conditions, managing changes from drafting through to implementationCoordinating internal and external audit activity, ensuring timely and accurate responsesBuilding strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support effective governance and product deliveryWhat do I need?Demonstrated capability in gathering, validating and presenting customer, commercial and operational data to support decision-making in a senior roleStrong experience managing governance artefacts, including product registers, terms and conditions and governance packsAbility to coordinate and deliver change activity, ensuring appropriate documentation, approvals and controls are in placeWell-developed analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvementProven ability to deliver tangible outcomes that enhance customer and commercial performanceConfidence in identifying data gaps, inconsistencies and risks within product reporting and documentationClear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present insights effectively to senior stakeholdersStrong organisational capability, managing multiple priorities and governance processes with accuracy and controlAbility to build effective relationships across a matrix organisation, including with external partnersHigh level of attention to detail, alongside a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvementAdditional informationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
