Job Description
The Commercial Solicitor will be:* Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts* Handling technology, IT and data protection matters* Drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements* Supporting clients across sectors including technology and retail* Managing matters autonomously from instruction to completion* Assisting with supervision and mentoring of junior lawyers* Contributing to business development initiatives
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Solicitor should be:* A solicitor with around 3-8 years PQE* Experienced in commercial contracts and technology matters* Confident advising on data protection issues* Comfortable managing their own caseload* Able to supervise junior team members* Commercially minded with strong client facing skills
