SEN Education Support Worker
Location: Silverstone
Salary: £24,420 - £25,410 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Term time only)

We are working with an independent special school, catering for up to 40 pupils aged 11 to 19 with a range of social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. The school is currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN Education Support Worker to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 support and supervision for pupils aged 11–18
* Support pupils in improving emotional wellbeing and achieving their potential
* Plan, deliver, and evidence individual learning programmes
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
* Prioritise safeguarding and report concerns appropriately
* Contribute to documentation such as observations, risk assessments, and support plans
* Promote pupils’ self-esteem and independence
* Undertake training as agreed with your Line Manager
* Transport pupils in your own vehicle (must be insured for business use), following school policies on lone working and transport
* Attend or produce reports for multi-agency meetings when required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
