Vehicle Mechanic - Cars & Light Commercials
Location: Adlington
Salary: £18.50 per hour + Time and a Half for Overtime
What You\'ll Be Doing
* Carrying out servicing and repairs to the highest standards, including brakes, clutches, gearboxes, engines, and electrics.
* Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic tools and manufacturer equipment.
* Performing MOT inspections, roller brake testing, and general vehicle fault repair.
* Occasionally working on HGVs and small plant machinery.
* Maintaining your work area, tools, and equipment in a clean and safe condition.
* Delivering excellent customer service and representing a professional image at all times.
What We\'re Looking For
* Qualified to NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent, or time-served with extensive experience.
* Excellent diagnostic skills and confident using laptop-based diagnostic tools.
* Own tools and a flexible, “can-do” attitude.
* Self-motivated, organised, results-driven, and able to work effectively as part of a team
