What you will be doing
1. You will provide general assistance throughout the accommodation, assisting with deliveries, moving furniture and general maintenance of the grounds.
2. You will log maintenance issues and work alongside the team to keep our guests happy and accommodation safe and secure.
3. You will be primarily focused on maintenance across the site including preventative, reactive and redecoration as required and will work hard to resolve issues with a can-do attitude.
4. You will be a friendly face around the accommodation, happy to chat to our guests and assist with any questions they may have.
5. Ensure compliance to all due diligence requirements and health and safety legislation.
6. Controlling maintenance stocks and supplies and ensuring the safety and security of equipment.
7. Liaising with contractors on aftercare/remedial works required post opening and throughout the 12-month defects period.
