The Role
As a Commercial Project Manager, you will coordinate the activities of the Commercial team and oversee the maintenance and development of the Commercial Operating Plan. This plan details all activities necessary for Norton’s successful product launches across global markets, covering sales, marketing, customer experience, revenue, service/aftersales, and network development.
Responsibilities
* Support the setup of operating plan reviews for the commercial department
* Transfer the current plan to MS Project or similar software
* Manage detailed planning by functional area
* Understand and manage local plans for each market
* Create and update detailed project plans with timelines, resources, risks, budgets, and milestones
* Map risks and interdependencies within the plan
* Raise commercial awareness and performance within the business
* Track and report progress of plan activities
* Build relationships with stakeholders internally and externally, maintaining a commercial mindset focused on results and profitability
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field
* 10+ years' experience in planning, business analysis, or business development roles
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills
* Financial and business acumen with a consumer focus
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana)
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
