Role Overview
As a Shop Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our shop, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming environment. Your responsibilities include managing donations, recruiting and maintaining volunteers, and establishing community links with local businesses and organizations. This role involves manual handling and requires a proactive, supportive, and dynamic leader.
