Job Title: Inside Sales Account Representative
Shift: Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm, Central time zone
Pay: $20/hr
An Inside Sales Account Representative calls, qualifies, and cultivates lead accounts. The individual's efforts focus on reaching out to unmanaged customers who meet specific criteria for qualification, potentially to be managed by a Key Account Manager or a Field Account Manager. The candidate will represent the entire range of company products and services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Focus on proactive contacts to unmanaged customers to uncover potential growth opportunities and account management.
* Prioritize and schedule sales calls, send personalized emails, and update buyer and shipping information to keep accounts current.
* Utilize prepared call guides, probing techniques, and create individualized email templates to qualify and profile prospective and existing sales accounts.
* Build new buyers and key decision-makers on each account as a KPI to increase potential buyers per account.
* Present prepared value propositions to each account and understand their needs to offer product and service-based solutions.
* Review and analyze reports using MS Excel to identify sales potential, trends, and opportunities within customer bases.
* Respond to customer requests for orders, product research, and high-volume quotes via fax, phone, or email. Follow up on quotes, samples, or literature requests.
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:
* Prior phone sales experience, preferably in the Industrial Industry.
* Experience in building customer relationships and closing deals.
* Honest, assertive, systematic, with exceptional customer service qualities.
* Understanding of business and sales principles.
* Highly energetic and a self-starter.
* Comfortable making critical business decisions aligned with growth initiatives.
* Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and typing at least 35 wpm.
* Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships at all organizational levels.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
