Real Estate Solicitor - Mid Level PQE - Genuine Progression Leeds Think Legal Recruitment are working alongside an international Top 50 law firm who are looking for a junior-mid level real estate solicitor to join their busy and expanding team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team in growth mode, and who are looking at someone around 3-8 years' PQE to slot into the team. The team is made up of one core real estate Partner, 3 x Legal Directors, 1 Senior Associate (Real Estate Finance), 1 Associate and 2 NQ's. This role would be perfect for a real estate solicitor stuck in a large team, with no real prospects of pushing through to senior associate and beyond. The firm really do have a track record for promoting within and the Partner here is keen to develop talent within the team. The work the team do is a broad mix of generalist real estate matters from acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and development. There are a number of household client names and PLCs, with strengths in multiple sectors including leisure and retail, public sector, food and drink, and more. There is a hybrid set up here too with lawyers splitting time between the office and remote (usually a 3/2 split). The partner who heads the team is incredibly forward thinking and approachable. His background is he is from a big 6 practice and he was looking for an opportunity to work where there wasn't a compromise on quality but he could progress through to Partner and he is keen to get like minded individuals into his team.
