At Visitor Chat, we’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to help accelerate our growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full 360° sales cycle. You'll engage with potential clients via phone, email, and live product demos, showcasing the value of our solutions.
From day one, you’ll be expected to proactively pursue new business opportunities, reach out to potential clients, and consistently seek ways to grow our customer base — playing a direct role in driving the company’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
Business development managers are primarily responsible for driving business growth, and duties vary on a day-to-day basis. Typical responsibilities include:
* Proactively build and nurture relationships with new clients by thoroughly understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
* Identify and target large-scale groups across key verticals – Targeting UK largest car dealers and estate agents.
* Deliver a compelling and persuasive sales pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value propositions of products and services.
* Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
* Engage in the full 360 sales cycle from identifying and qualifying new leads, chasing prospects and closing deals. Consistently pursued new business opportunities through targeted outreach, referrals, and strategic follow-ups.
* Connect with new clients via outbound calls, email follow ups and system demonstrations.
* Produce monthly reports for management with an overview of your sales pipeline.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs.
* Develop customised proposals, lead product demos, handle objections, and negotiate terms to close high-value deals.
* Possess a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning.
Requirements of the role:

* Effective time management to work in a highly motivated & fast paced working environment
* Strong computer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
