Our clients include influencers, creatives in the advertising and marketing space, ecommerce professionals and strategists, IT and software specialists, and aviation.
We help business owners streamline operations, manage growth, and navigate complex commercial and cross-border considerations, providing practical, hands-on support rather than high-level theory.
Due to continued growth, we’re expanding our team and are now hiring a Client & Operations Executive to support the ongoing delivery and coordination of work across a growing client portfolio.
Role Description
This is a highly varied, hands-on role supporting client delivery and internal operations. You’ll work closely with the Client & Operations Coordinator and the founder, helping ensure clients are well supported, documentation is accurate, and operational tasks are executed to a high standard.
The role involves responsibility, judgement, and close attention to detail. A significant part of the role involves document preparation, coordination, and review, alongside client communication and administrative oversight.
This role would suit someone who enjoys precision and variety, and who wants exposure to consulting, operations, and client services within a growing firm.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting day-to-day client coordination and communication across a portfolio of clients
* Preparing, reviewing, and managing client-facing documentation and internal records
* Assisting with onboarding of new clients and maintaining accurate client files
* Supporting contract preparation, compliance-related tasks, and documentation workflows
* Assisting with finance and administration tasks, including invoicing, tracking, and reconciliations
* Maintaining trackers, reports, and internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Coordinating meetings, schedules, and follow-ups for client-related work
* Using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency while maintaining quality and accuracy
* Providing reliable operational support to the Client & Operations Coordinator and founder
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Highly detail-oriented, with strong written accuracy and organisation skills
* Comfortable working with structured documents, templates, and formal processes
* A clear, professional communicator with clients and internal stakeholders
* Proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Tech-savvy and open to using AI tools to support (not replace) careful work
* Interested in business operations, consulting, and professional services environments
A background or strong interest in law, compliance, governance, finance, or professional services would be particularly well suited to this role.
Experience
* 1–4 years’ experience in a client services, operations, administrative, legal support, or professional services role
* Experience in consulting, legal, accounting, corporate services, or agency environments is advantageous
* Strong written English and attention to detail are essential

Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per year (depending on experience)
