Position: Nursery Practitioner / Room Leader
Hours: 40 hours per week (option to condense 40 hours over 4 days)
Salary:
Opening Hours: 7.30 am to 6.30 pm

What we are looking for:
We are seeking a special individual who along with a full and relevant level 3 early years qualification, can bring fun, laughter, warmth, and a genuine passion for early years education to our children, families and team.
You will be responsible for:
* Planning and delivering a rich, engaging EYFS curriculum tailored to each child
* Creating inspiring indoor and outdoor spaces that promote exploration and independence
* Building strong bonds as a key person, supporting children’s development and working closely with families
* Supporting calm, inclusive routines like mealtimes and transitions
* Making meaningful observations and assessments
* Contributing to reflective team meetings and ongoing quality improvement
* Engaging in continuous professional development and keeping up with best practice

Person Specification (Essential Criteria)
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare (or equivalent).
* Experience of working in an early years setting.
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS and a commitment to delivering high-quality practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.
* Reliable, organised, and flexible with a positive and proactive attitude.
* A commitment to continuous professional development.
* Demonstrates an understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and a commitment to child protection
