The Project Engineer role comes with a salary between £50,000 - £65,000 as well as hybrid working arrangements and a great package.

Responsibilities and duties of the Project Engineer role
Reporting to the Senior Project Engineer you will:
* Serve as the primary liaison between customers and site operations teams.
* Apply technical expertise to design innovative engineering solutions for heavy lifting and transportation projects.
* Conduct site assessments and provide conceptual plans for lifting operations.
* Prepare and review both existing and updated engineering documentation.
* Create detailed drawings, calculations, visualisations, operation manuals, risk assessments, and other essential project documents.
* Oversee project execution to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.
* Maintain rigorous document quality and control throughout the entire project lifecycle.
* Participate in site visits to gather client requirements and be present during operations to lead, support, and motivate the team.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* Bachelor's in engineering
* CSCS Appointed Person
* IOSH Managing Safely desirable
* CCNSG Safety Passport desirable
* Experience managing large scale construction projects
* Experience with lifting operations using mobile cranes, tower crane and crawler cranes
