The Role
* We are hiring several Retail Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our successful team.
* Work will be in various retail stores; travel may vary per shift. Having your own vehicle is advantageous.
* You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, maintaining high standards and working at a fast pace.
* Responsibilities include:
- De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures as needed.
- Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable.
- Transporting stock from the warehouse to the shop floor.
- Supporting store replenishment activities.
* Shifts are between 10-12 hours, including days and nights (most are nights). You can view and accept shifts via our Field Power platform on your smartphone.
* You will clock in/out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
* Travel may be required when local work isn't available. Accommodation is provided when staying away from home.
Key Skills and Experience
* Attention to detail.
* Basic fitness for manual handling and lifting.
* Hardworking with the ability to work under pressure.
* Retail experience preferred but training is provided.
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
* Availability for unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18+.
