What You Will Be Doing
* Serve as the marketing counterpart to our global partnership relationship managers and leaders.
* Identify new marketing opportunities with our largest strategic partners—card schemes, technology providers, integrators, etc.—and develop and execute campaigns that deliver on shared KPIs.
* Work directly with key partners while managing partner‑marketing projects across the organization.
* Build and maintain results‑driven relationships with key partners to drive demand and adoption of joint services and products.
* Create a holistic global partner marketing strategy and evangelise it throughout the business.
* Translate global activities into local go‑to‑market plans, providing guidance, education, and playbooks in collaboration with local marketing teams and regional partner managers.
* Act as the primary marketing contact for Worldpay’s strategic partnership leadership team.
* Maintain exceptional marketing team‑to‑marketing‑team relationships with our global partners, including regular meetings and occasional international travel.
* Partner with our customer advocacy team to identify and externally promote partner advocacy initiatives.
What You Bring
* Creativity and passion for creating exceptional, results‑driven multi‑channel marketing campaigns with strong brand and commercial acumen.
* Versatility and confidence across events, thought leadership, paid media, and PR, with demonstrated success in choosing the right levers for desired outcomes.
* A proven track record of successful partner marketing initiatives and a portfolio of real‑life examples.
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and drive ideas forward as a self‑starter.
* Understanding of complex technology/payments products, trends, and concepts from acquisition to orchestration, fraud management, and payouts.
* Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
* Based in London, though locations in the US or Europe are possible.
