Job role/position: Healthcare Assistant. We are looking for a healthcare assistant with domiciliary/homecare experience and personal care provision. However, if the candidate doesn’t have experience, we will provide training on the provision that they have the right documentation, for example, DBS etc.
If you don’t have the required experience or DBS, we can still assist you with training and getting you compliant with all the requirements necessary. Assistance with further education and career development prospects. There are opportunities to advance to more senior care roles, specialise in specific areas of care, for example, progression from Healthcare Assistant to office-based staff, senior carers, team leaders, training facilitators etc.
