Established in September 2024, our team aims to enhance broker relationships within the Invoice Finance division. This role involves working on a hybrid basis, collaborating remotely with brokers to design and implement tailored invoice finance solutions. We value inclusivity, diversity, and personal development, offering support for relevant qualifications and a supportive environment for growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong broker relationships, supporting their clients with tailored invoice finance solutions.
* Manage relationships with national brokers providing significant referral volumes.
* Respond promptly to leads, make initial contact swiftly, and manage the end-to-end client application and onboarding process.
* Implement facilities up to £300,000; for larger requirements, conduct a warm handover to the Business Growth Director.

What You'll Need
* Basic understanding of financial analysis and collateral risk assessment.
* Experience working with business owners and management teams.
* Invoice Finance and ABL Foundation qualification from UK Finance or willingness to work towards it.
* Successful track record in providing invoice finance facilities is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
