HR Assistant required for dynamic HR Assistant required in the City for fast-paced, international PR company.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years HR Administrative experience within a creative company. 20% of your role will be recruitment administration, co-ordinating and scheduling interviews as well as on-boarding and off-boarding of employees and managing sickness absence.
You will also manage monthly payroll and update HR systems accordingly as well as the preparation of HR reports and manage HR systems. Responsibilities will also include managing HR trends and practices, working closely with HR Managers too to managing budgets.
You will ideally be qualified to CIPD Level 3 and above and have a good understanding of HR policies and practices. You will have a thorough handover and enjoy working in beautiful offices in the City!
