An exciting opportunity has arisen for a patient records clerk to join our busy team on a zero hour bank worker agreement.
As part of the team you will be responsible for delivering a timely and efficient service to all client utilising the service both internal and external to the hospital.
Patient Records Department
Patient Records is a large team supporting the hospital in the delivery and storage of case notes within the hospital settings.
Bank working hours are between 8.30 and 17.00.
Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services Limited currently do not offer a Certificate of Sponsorship, any applications which require sponsorship will not be considered.

Main Duties
* Retrieve case notes from the Patient Records Library and around the Hospital to assist the clinic preparation clerks.
* Filing and retrieving case notes from the patient records library in a timely manner.
* Supporting the Emergency Admissions team by undertaking their ward runs to deliver case notes to the wards around the hospital.
* Supporting the Clinic Preparation team by collecting and delivering case notes from around the hospital site ready for clinic appointments.
* Completing daily runs to the under croft to move case notes for storage.
