Outreach Teacher:
Location: Manchester (M15)
Pay: £650-£700 per week, depending on experience
Start Date: 03/03/2026 or ASAP
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Are you a passionate, unqualified teacher, looking for a role that makes a real difference? We are currently working with a SEMH provision in Greater Manchester, seeking an experienced Outreach teacher to join their team.

About the Role:
1. Working in the community, delivering engaging sessions tailored to the needs of the pupils with SEMH
2. Create a supportive and structured learning environment to promote emotional regulation and resilience
3. Developing and implement individualised learning plans, alongside the Outreach team
4. Maintain regular communication with teachers and external agencies to monitor progress and development
What We’re Looking For:
5. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is not essential for this role, however previous experience delivering sessions is highly desired
6. Strong understanding of SEMH, SEND, and positive behaviour strategies
7. Ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
8. Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching and pastoral care
9. Passion for helping pupils overcome barriers and achieve their full potential
To Be Eligible You Must:
10. Hold the Right to Work in the UK
11. Have an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or be willing to apply)
12. Be able to provide two professional child-related references
