The firm is now looking to add a technically-minded and bright Analyst / Associate into their investor relations team in London. What the job involves In this role, the Analyst / Associate will work alongside senior professionals leading the project management of current and future fundraising for existing and new products. This individual will be the go-to for investors responding to technical queries and will have the opportunity to get involved with co-investments. Prepare and maintain marketing materials including investor presentations, quarterly reports, DDQs, RFPs and PPMs during fundraising and in between fundraising Conducting market and competitor research Performing track record management and portfolio data analysis Handle ad-hoc investor queries, liaising with the appropriate investment teams where necessary to ensure high quality responses are provided in a timely manner Assist in the execution of all fundraising activities, optimising investor communication and coordinating the investors' information needs through due diligence requests and on-site visits Help on co-investment management Help prepare and coordinate annual investor meetings and other ad-hoc events Who we are looking for Strong academic background with previous experience in investor relations or placement agent.
