An experienced Property Solicitor is wanted to join a privately owned Real Estate investment company, and help manage their portfolio of residential, commercial and land. The day to day will vary, but generally of consist of residential conveyancing. and the cash purchase of individual properties and portfolios, and preparation for sale. Nationwide caseload so would also suit a relocate.
The successful candidate will have acquired upwards of 4 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing, supported by a couple of years in a training contract or 7 years as non-qualified Fee Earner. The growth piece can be the acquisiiton of commercial property and land acquisition know how.
Applications are invited from hard working and resilient Residential Conveyancing fee earners who would like to earn an above market rate salary and switch into a fast paced real estate investment environment. The company is about 25 strong, and the legal team accounts for maybe a quarter of that. The culture is 5 days office and there is onsite parking.
