About the service
We’re hiring support workers to join our vibrant Housing Support Service teams in Ellon, Cruden Bay & Peterhead. You’ll work in a dynamic, person-centred environment supporting individuals with complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives.
What you’ll do:
* Provide personal care, medication support, meal prep, and companionship.
* Plan and enjoy activities like music, cinema, swimming, and holidays.
* Collaborate with families and professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
* Promote independence and individuality through tailored support plans.
* Keep accurate records and contribute to a supportive team culture.
About the people you’ll support:
It\'s all about getting out and about—whether it\'s shopping, discos, walks, swimming, fly cups, or trips with friends and family. And when the weather isn’t playing ball, there’s always pamper sessions, crafting, or a cosy movie at home. Whatever the activity, you’ll help bring joy, purpose, and laughter to everyday life.
Shift patterns:
Housing support is round-the-clock care so you need to comfortable working a variety of shifts, all scheduled via a supportive staff rota system including;
* Early & late shifts
* Sleepovers & wakened nights
* Weekends & public holidays
