Overview
Field Sales Representative role at TieTalent (Virgin Media O2). You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service and introducing them to broadband, mobile, TV, and connectivity products and services. The role is face-to-face and outdoors, often visiting potential customers at their homes or small businesses.
Responsibilities
* Visit potential customers door-to-door and in-person, explaining the benefits of Virgin Media O2 products and services.
* Engage with customers who may not be expecting you and build rapport to achieve sales targets.
* Maintain a positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach; handle rejection and different weather conditions.
Training and Working Hours
* Training in your first three weeks from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, including self-led learning and in-office sessions with your manager.
* Working hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week; typical shifts may be between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
Requirements
* A full UK driving licence.
* Ability to work shifts typically between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
* Enjoy working outdoors, engaging with people, and maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
* Self-motivated to achieve sales targets and resilient in the face of rejection.
