Overview
The Estates Department is looking for a Building Craftsperson (carpentry bias) with a background preferably gained in a building services or healthcare environment.
Works will also include minor painting tasks, lock maintenance and drainage clearance and inspections.

Responsibilities
* Undertake building and minor improvement tasks across the Trusts properties and for contracted customers, ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures.
* Carry out minor painting tasks, lock maintenance, drainage clearance and inspections as required.
Qualifications/Requirements
* Must have a current full UK driving license.
* Must have the physical ability and agility to carry out manual handling.
* Background in building services or healthcare environment preferred.
* Additional training will be provided for a successful applicant who does not fully meet the person specification.
