Are you passionate about food, customer service, and leadership? Pret a Manger is hosting an Online Recruitment Day for enthusiastic individuals looking to join our team as Kitchen Leaders or Front of House Leaders. We have the following positions available right now :

Kitchen Leader-Full Time

Role Overview:
As a Kitchen Leader, you’ll be the backbone of our back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth shifts and supporting your team to create delicious food for our customers. You’ll lead by example, uphold Pret’s high standards, and gain access to our Training Academy for future growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure consistent food quality and safety standards.
2. Lead and inspire the kitchen team.
3. Manage stock counts and administrative tasks.
4. Support health & safety compliance.

Shifts:

5. Night shifts: Monday night to Sunday night (5 nights/week), between 10 PM – 7 AM.
6. Day shifts: Available across the week.

Pay:

7. Night shifts: £–£ per hour (inclusive of weekly mystery shopper bonus of £ per hour)*
8. Day shifts: £–£ per hour (inclusive of weekly mystery shopper bonus)*

Front of House Leader-Full Time

Role Overview:
As a Front of House Leader, you’ll coach and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll take ownership of front-of-house operations and ensure every customer leaves happy.

Key Responsibilities:

9. Lead by example and drive high standards.
10. Create personalized customer experiences.
11. Support team development and training.

Shifts: 5 days per week, Monday–Sunday, between 3 AM – 11 PM.
Pay: £–£ per hour (inclusive of weekly mystery shopper bonus).

As this role is based in an airport, all successful applicants will need to apply for an airport security pass (Pret A Manger will pay for this).
