The Opportunity You will play a leading role in commercial and cost management, overseeing all QS responsibilities on a technically complex programme of works. This is ideal for someone who thrives on detailed cost control, contract management, and working collaboratively with clients, contractors, and project teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and manage project cost plans, budgets, and forecasts. Manage contracts, variations, claims, and procurement processes across the supply chain. Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to senior project leadership. Support risk management, contract negotiation, and change control processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Mentor and guide junior QS and commercial team members. About You We’re looking for a technically strong, commercially aware, and proactive professional who brings: Extensive experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a contractor environment. Proven delivery experience on major or complex projects—civils, infrastructure, energy, or industrial sectors advantageous. Strong NEC or JCT contract knowledge. Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. The ability to operate confidently within a high-profile, fast-moving project environment. Why Apply?
