About the role
*This role is for 38 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days including weekends*
This position places you at the forefront of our Business Centre. It is a fast-paced, challenging role that offers excellent exposure to our vibrant customer base, allowing you to influence the service we provide. You will manage a team of over 40 colleagues and serve as Duty Manager at various times during the week.

You will be responsible for
Ensuring team compliance with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
Training your team in cash handling to minimize losses.
Controlling debt and recovering overdue or failed payments from customers.
Maintaining accurate and timely payroll records.
Engaging with customers to resolve issues and improve satisfaction based on their feedback.
Liaising with other department Supervisors to monitor delivery orders.
Managing a team focused on customer service in reception and checkout areas.
You will need
To succeed, you should have:
A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Flexibility, adaptability, and enjoy working with and managing a team.
Excellent communication skills and some experience in supervising or managing a team.
Practical experience in retail.
