Book and manage service appointments efficiently. Upsell products and services to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction. Work towards performance targets in a high-energy environment. Maintain compliance with company and health and safety standards. What We Are Looking For as a Senior Service Advisor Main dealer experience (you will already know what to expect). Confidence using Keyloop/DMS systems. Strong customer service and sales skills. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure. A valid UK driving licence.
