Role Summary
We’re looking for an agile, creative, and enthusiasticEvent, Marketing & Graphic Assistantto join the team atLahat CreativeandDailyDriven. This is a dynamic, hands-on role perfect for someone who’s passionate about content creation, social media, events, and design, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced creative agency.
This person will assist across both brands, supporting day-to-day social content, helping with events, assisting on design and branding work, and being a general right-hand person at key activations.

* Social media channels are consistently active, engaging, and on-brand
* Behind-the-scenes and “day in the life” content is regularly captured, edited, and posted with creativity and impact
* Events run smoothly, with on-site support adding value and relieving pressure
* Merchandise and graphic materials are designed in line with the brand identity
* You become a key part of both brands’ creative output and client delivery
* You’re adaptable, dependable, and become someone we can trust to make things happen
How This Role Fits Into the Organisation
This position is at the heart of what we do — supporting bothLahat Creative(a full-service agency) andDailyDriven(a growing events and lifestyle brand). You’ll work closely with the founder and wider creative team, contributing across everything from client-facing campaigns to our in-house activations.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
* Capture and edit TikTok/reel content for personal and company pages
* Post behind-the-scenes and “day in the life” content
* Support content creation for DailyDriven and client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
* Schedule and publish engaging, on-brand content consistently
Graphic Design & Merch
* Create graphics for events, social media, and merchandise
* Assist with the creation of and branding of clothing, print materials, and digital assets
* Collaborate on creative campaigns and design ideas
Event Support & Media
* Attend events as a videographer/photographer/support assistant
* Assist in setting up and managing event logistics on the day
* Help coordinate guest experiences and activation requirements
* Be a reliable pair of hands for on-site needs

Creative & Administrative Support
* Be a flexible team member across various marketing and media-related projects
* Support communications, internal processes, and content planning
* Offer input and ideas for new projects, formats, and growth
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Strong creative instincts and a good eye for visual storytelling
* Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
* Active on social media, particularly TikTok and Instagram
* Excellent time management and multitasking ability (The boss is rubbish)
* Confident, hands-on, and able to learn quickly
* Positive attitude and willing to jump into any task — no two days are the same!
Qualifications & Requirements

* Graphic design
* Photography/videography
* Event planning or support
* Must be based within the travelling distance of Hampshire
* Flexibility to attend events (including weekends) is essential
