Role: Multi-Skilled Operator – Biffa Teesside
Salary: £ per hour / approx. £31,500 per annum (based on hrs per week over the year)
Location: Biffa Teesside
Working Pattern:
1. 4 days on / 4 days off (days)
2. 4 nights on / 4 nights off (nights)
3. Monday to Sunday rotation
Shift Times:
4. Days: 07:00 – 19:00
5. Nights: 19:00 – 07:00
6. Shift allowance applies
7. Immediate starts available – no previous waste management experience required

Your Core Responsibilities:
8. Operate and monitor machinery, including a forklift (training provided), to a safe and satisfactory standard
9. Communicate any problems or obstacles to your immediate supervisor
10. Strive to reduce waste and increase productivity across all lines
11. Support your shift colleagues in achieving excellence in health and safety, product quality, asset performance, and employee engagement
